It wouldn’t be Christmas without A Christmas Carol.
Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol is one of the most popular Christmas stories of all time. This new production, by Patrick Barlow, takes the essence of the story with all its associated messages and morals and adds a comedic twist to the events. Multiple parts are played by a few actors but all the characters you know and love are present, including Scrooge, Marley, and the ghosts.
This production is presented by The Ulverston Outsiders, who first hoped to perform it in November 2020 and are delighted to be bringing it to The Coro stage at last. The talented cast is led by director Tony Smith, a long-standing member of The Outsiders whose most recent production was The 39 Steps, by the same playwright.
