Banger Bonbons & Mash

It’s comfort food all the way! There’s a sausage bonbon to suit everyone, you choose 3 from: black pudding & Cumberland, simply pork, chicken & leek, vegan harissa and enjoy with proper lumpy mash. Will you choose mustard mash, colcannon mash or stick with the classic? And don’t forget the peas. All followed by Lancashire parkin with apple and cream. We’ll also be serving a warm, spicy mulled apple spirit using locally grown heritage apples or a bottle of Ulverston Brewing Company Beer. Booking essential, £20 per person.
