We are a mental health charity, located on an organic farm and kitchen garden.
If you’re feeling depressed, anxious or finding everyday life difficult, then we may be able to help with free effective support for your mental health at our organic farm at Growing Well Sizergh, near Kendal, or in our new kitchen garden at Growing Well Tebay Services.
Free minibus to Growing Well from various pickup points around Furness and Cartmel.
