Seasonal Qigong Workshops

Join a relaxing and restorative series designed to help you stay balanced, energised and well throughout the year.
Qigong (pronounced “chee-gong”), a branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine, similar to Tai Chi it combines movement, breath and mindful awareness to support overall health. Rooted in the rhythms of nature, it helps you adapt more smoothly to seasonal change.
Workshops explore the main element linked to the season (Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, Water), along with its nurturing and balancing elements – with simple, accessible practices to support immunity, improve sleep, ease stress and restore balance.
Each workshop will include:
- Gentle warm-up to loosen joints and release tension
- Standing or seated Qigong forms linked to the season
- Simple breathing practices to calm and regulate the nervous system
- A little theory so you understand what we’re working with
- Short break midway with refreshments provided
- A guided meditation at the end
No experience needed – all ages and abilities welcome.
