DESCRIPTION:Autumn Sounds Concert on Sunday 25th October 2026 at 2pm at Ulverston Methodist Church Hall\, featuring South Lakes Acapella and Strings Aloud. \nSouth Lakes Acapella is an award winning choir based in Windermere\, with members from all over South Lakeland including Ulverston. Under their musical Director\, Jeff Borradaile\, they sing a wide variety of acapella arrangements of contemporary and popular songs in four or six part harmony. \nStrings Aloud is a Ukulele group based in Ulverston\, who perform a wide range of ‘sing along’ tunes\, as well as arrangements of classical pieces. \nTickets £10 (cash only)\, pay on the door. If you wish to reserve tickets\, please text your name and the number of tickets requested to 07747 611622. \nAll monies raised will be donated to St Mary’s Hospice.

An evening of ghoulish merriment hosted by The Vampire Drag King\, Bram Stroker! \nVenture into Ford Park on Halloween for a creepy cabaret from beloved local entertainers\, headlined by My Chemical Romance tribute act Michael Romance\, and a DJ set from The Indie Rock Show’s Jordan Gaffney. \nBuffet food is included in the ticket price\, from the one and only Mark Satterthwaite at Base. Hot food is also available later in the evening for an additional charge. \nSupported by Community Solutions CIC\, Ulverston BID\, and our amazing volunteers. Funds raised will go toward the running costs for Ulverston Pride Festival 2027.
