My classes are suitable for complete beginners. You are invited to go at your own pace\, rest when you need\, and I offer different options to suit each person. We work on gentle sequences and explore different poses\, breathing techniques\, and finish with a relaxation accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls and other instruments. \nNot only does yoga help with mobility and strength\, it can help us to find a quiet space within away from our busy lives. Most importantly it is enjoyable and something you want to do again.
