Wellbeing and Mental Health

The Every Life Matters network and Cumbria, Northumberland Tyne and Wear NHS Foundation Trust have published a resource to help cope with your wellbeing and mental health during the COVID-19 outbreak.

This document gives advice on what to do if you are worrying about things such as your job, your family or how you feel during this time. It gives signposting information on where to go if you are someone you know is struggling with coping at this time.
