We are a friendly back-to-basics gym with a focus on weightlifting and group fitness classes. We have a wide range of equipment and fitness accessories such as cardio machines, fixed machines, power racks, dumbells, bars and so much more. We are open seven days a week from 6am to 10pm and operate using a key-fob system, allowing you access to the gym during these times, even when unstaffed.
