Pennington Church Exhibition
Pennington Church History Exhibition
It is 200 years since St. Michael and the Holy Angels Pennington was rebuilt, and 100 years since its reconstruction. Along with Pennington School, which is 150 years old this year, we are holding a history exhibition in Church over the Easter holiday. There will be old photos, school log books, parish magazines, wedding gowns through the years, and much more to browse.
A history trail from school to church and back will be laid out to follow over the holiday, with refreshments available in church. There will also be a children’s quiz in church with a chance to win a prize!
Church will be open from Sunday 29th March to Sunday 12th April, excluding Good Friday (3rd April).
This is a free event but donations would be gratefully received.
