Sound & Gong Bath
Autumnal Sound and Gong Bath
During these darker months we are invited to slow down, rest and dream. Experience a deeply relaxing yoga nidra (guided relaxation/meditation) as you are bathed in the transformational sounds and vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other instruments to take you to a deeper state of consciousness a place where your own healing can begin. Let the busy thinking mind quieten and find the peace and stillness within. £15, booking essential.
