Burns Night
This will be our third Burns Night. Each year they just get better and better.
You’ll be greeted with a tot of whisky, before Grizebeck’s very own piper, Shaun Gregg, pipes in the haggis, which will then be addressed in Rabbie Burns style.
We will then tuck into a dinner of haggis, neeps and tatties (vegetarian option available if booked in advance) and a dessert prepared by Liz Clarke’s catering, before the ceilidh begins.
The Lakes Ceilidh band will lead us through the dances and reels that some of us may remember from school.
This is a brilliant night out in a fantastic village hall. If you want to go the whole hog, feel free to wear your tartan trews!
Tickets cost £30 and can be bought via Ticketsource.
