CPR Training
🚑 ❤️ LEARN CPR – SAVE A LIFE ❤️ 🚑
North West Ambulance Service NHS Trust is hosting a CPR Training Session for adults in the main hall at Pennington School.
💷 Donation: minimum £2 per person (to NWAS) would be appreciated 🫶
Learn essential, life-saving skills including how to use a defibrillator. Bookings essential, via school reception 01229 587253, or email admin@penn.cumbria.sch.uk.

In the UK, around 60,000 people have an out-of-hospital cardiac arrest every year. Less than 1 in 10 people survive a cardiac arrest. One of the main reasons for this is the lack of action from bystanders before ambulance crews arrive. Defibrillation within five minutes can result in survival rates as high as 70%. We need bystanders to take action by using defibrillators in the community.
