Autumn Sound and Gong Bath
After our summer break, Bathed in Sounds are looking forward to welcoming you back for some sound and gong baths to ease you into Autumn 🍂.
Changes of season are times of transition when we need extra rest, to ground and nourish ourselves.
We start with a celebration of the Autumn Equinox or Mabon, the second harvest when we can think about balance in our lives, what can we let go of, what do we need ? A time to give thanks and connect with the slower pace of Autumn. Nature is inviting us into a season of release, reflection, and reconnection.
Get cosy and comfortable as the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and other instruments invite you to relax and rest, to quieten the busy mind and bring you into balance.
