Sound and Gong Bath to Rest and Restore

The Meeting Room, Swarthmoor Hall, Ulverston
During these colder months we are invited to find the stillness within, to slow down, rest and be nourished.Experience a guided relaxation as you are bathed in the transformational sounds and vibrations of gongs, singing bowls and other instruments. The sounds and vibrations help to quieten a busy mind, release tension and stress allowing your own healing to begin. Let go of what no longer serves you and create space to set your intentions for the approach of spring.
