Sound & Gong Baths
✨🎶New Sound and Gong Baths Dates 2026✨🎶
Come and join me to experience sound healing for your wellbeing. Make yourself cosy and comfortable on the floor or a chair and let the sounds and vibrations of singing bowls, gongs and other instruments wash over, through and around you, releasing tension and stress. A time to rest deeply and quiet the busy mind.
Sound is a gentle but powerful way to reset your whole self, to find the peace within. I love to work with the seasons, the wheel of the year, and the cycles of the moon.
Booking essential, please email Hilary: bathedinsounds@gmail.com
