Yoga for All
£9 drop in, no need to book.
I teach a slow paced, mindful, breath-led style of yoga, with the intention to make it accessible to all. My classes are suitable for complete beginners. You are invited to go at your own pace, rest when you need, and I offer different options to suit each person. We work on gentle sequences and explore different poses, breathing techniques, and finish with a relaxation accompanied by the soothing sounds of singing bowls and other instruments.
Not only does yoga help with mobility and strength, it can help us to find a quiet space within away from our busy lives. Most importantly it is enjoyable and something you want to do again. We have enough challenges in life, and yoga is about finding a sense of peace and steadiness.
The calendar features community events in Ulverston and South Cumbria. Check the location details of each event, as you may need a car or other form of transport in order to get there.
