Swarthmoor Hall Re-opens
Swarthmoor Hall Historic House and Gardens will re-open for 2026 on Wednesday 18th March. We have extended our opening days, and will now be open Wednesday to Saturday, 10:30am to 3:30pm. Last entry to the historic house is 3pm. Our cafe and shop will also open Wednesday to Saturday, from 10:30am to 3:30pm, with last orders at 3:15pm.
We’re very much looking forward to welcoming new and returning visitors, to explore the historic significance of Swarthmoor Hall for the local community, and as the founding place of the religious Quaker movement from 1652.
Entry to the historic house & gardens is £8 per person. Children 17 years and under are free.
We are a dog friendly site. However, dogs are not permitted in the historic house, with the exception of guide and assistance dogs.
