Swarthmoor Hall
Swarthmoor Hall is a Grade II Listed Historic House on the outskirts of Ulverston. The Hall is surrounded by peaceful gardens and grounds. The Hall is used for courses and retreats, and offers tours to day visitors. There is a café and a gift shop. Swarthmoor Hall is currently managed by Quiet Company, a fully owned trading subsidiary of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers). There are opportunities to volunteer in the garden and house.
