Printfest
Printfest was born in 2001, through Chris Benefield’s inspiration, upstairs at the Tinners’ Rabbit Fine Art Gallery in Ulverston, where local artists gathered to talk about their dreams, beliefs and philosophy. Printfest is now a celebration of the work of artist printmakers. It takes the form of an annual selling exhibition open to the public. It is managed by an organising committee, which is supported by specialist artistic teams. The event is made possible by business sponsors, patrons, and friends.
